Estimated Delivery Timeline
Our furniture pieces are shipped after a brief preparation period. The complete delivery process includes:
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
- Handling Time: Once your order is confirmed, we require 1–3 business days to prepare and dispatch it.
- Transit Time: After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier efficiency.
- Total Delivery Time: Handling + Transit = Approx. 6–13 business days in total.
Pricing, Taxes & Currency
All product prices shown on our website are displayed in USD. Applicable taxes (if any) are included at checkout. Hanzia.shop does not charge hidden fees or unexpected costs.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping rate of $15 per order.
This cost covers safe packaging, handling, and insured delivery of your items. Any applicable upgrades for faster delivery will appear during checkout.

Product Condition & Responsibility
All items are carefully inspected before dispatch. Once shipped, the responsibility for handling passes to the courier; however, we remain available for support if any issue arises during transit.
Address Accuracy & Verification
Please ensure your address details are entered correctly before checkout. Hanzia.shop is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Address Modification
Once an order is processed, address changes may not always be possible. If you need to update an address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at info@hanzia.shop, and our team will assist where feasible.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been dispatched. After shipping, cancellation requests cannot be accepted as the item is already in transit.

Lost or Damaged Deliveries
