Return Period
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. This timeframe allows you to inspect your item and ensure it meets your expectations.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories and documentation (if applicable).
- Be in the same condition as received.
Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible for a return.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact our team at info@hanzia.shop with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, including return shipping details.
Return Label & Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. A prepaid return label may be provided in such cases at our discretion.
Return Method
Returned items must be shipped back through a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for lost or untracked return shipments.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fee for returns. Customers will only need to cover the return shipping cost
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange for a replacement or issue a refund after confirming the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain product categories cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. This includes custom or special-order furniture, clearance items, and products marked as “final sale.”
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind about a purchase, returns are accepted within the 14-day period as long as the product remains unused and unopened. Return shipping fees apply.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at info@hanzia.shop for assistance.
